We send alerts only — a defect raised, a permit waiting for a decision, a deadline coming up — to people their organisation has added. They come from alerts@syte365.co.uk, under the name of the organisation they are sent for. That address does not receive replies.
We send no marketing and never use bought or shared lists. Bounces and complaints are stopped automatically. To stop receiving alerts, ask your administrator; if you think one reached you by mistake, contact us.
